In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to transfer the deposit amount stated in your reservation confirmation to our account. You can pay us either in cash, with your EC card or by bank transfer to our account.

Euro 15,-- per day (without food) and request.
Your four-legged friend is very welcome. Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask for your understanding that the animals are not allowed to stay in the wellness area, as well as not be left alone in the apartment! We charge 15,00 € per day (without food). Unfortunately, there is only a limited possibility to accommodate dogs. Therefore, please be sure to specify when booking!
This also happens: You are unfortunately prevented. With us the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry 2006 apply. Therefore we ask you to take out a travel cancellation insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung!
We ask for your understanding that if no travel & cancellation insurance has been taken out, we will have to charge you cancellation fees according to our terms and conditions without exception. This means:
- Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
- If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
Should you leave earlier, i.e. shorten your stay with us, the total price of the offer will still be charged.
