A trip to the Vorderkaserklamm gorge in Lofer guarantees both an exciting and eventful day. The Vorderkaserklamm measures 400 meters in length and 80 meters in depth. These impressive dimensions and the rugged rock walls of the Vorderkaserklamm leave unforgettable impressions. In order to visit the gorge safely and without danger, a total of 51 wooden walkways with 35 stairs and 373 steps were built. A special highlight for all lovers of the local flora is the Orchid Trail, where an incredible variety of orchids can be admired from about May to August.
